It always make my heart sing when brides and/or designers I’ve worked with take the time to write me a testimonial or send me an email after the wedding date. It really helps future brides see if I’m the one for them.
When choosing different suppliers for your wedding there is so much out there and sometimes you don’t know who to pick or whether you have made the right choice. I was so pleased I picked Amy to do the makeup for myself, my 2 bridesmaids and my mum on my wedding day.It is clear that Amy has a lot of experience and knowledge of the great products she uses
predominately Bobbi Brown which is why I chose her in the first place). Amy was also so friendly and chatted the whole morning which really made everything so calm and relaxed. My sister was initially sceptical about having a makeup artist due to having pale skin and red hair she was worried about products being too dark or strong, but Amy did a fantastic job with the skills and experience she has and my sister was incredibly happy with the result. The makeup lasted all day and the little pot of lippy to top up throughout the day was a lovely bonus. I would recommend Amy to every bride!

Amy did the make up for myself, mum and 2 bridesmaids for my Wedding in March and she was excellent. I do not normally wear a lot of make up so I was quite nervous about booking a make up artist but knew I wanted to look my best on my big day. I went for a trial at Amy’s studio in Southwell and she put me at ease straight away, and took the time to ask me questions and find out about my personality in order to get the right look. Following the trial Amy kept in touch via email regarding my skin care routine and products she had suggested to help with my dry skin. On the day Amy was brilliant. My make up was very natural so I still felt like myself even wearing false eyelashes, and the whole bridal party looked stunning!

Amy is extremely professional and made me at easy right from the start. For a lady who rarely wears makeup and does not have a clue even where to start, Amy was fantastic. She was patient to explain all the products, informing me what they do and fully understood my desire to look natural. Amy was also amazing with my Mum and Sister as part of the bridal party. Amy’s studio for the trail is private and well equipped.
I would definitely recommend Amy. Everyone at the wedding said how wonderful I looked and Nigel, my husband, said I really did look stunning. Thank you Amy. X
